I'm an Associate Design Director and Professor based in Milan, with 8+ years of experience designing complex, human-centred digital ecosystems for enterprise clients across Telco, Retail, Entertainment, Finance and Healthcare. I lead end-to-end experience design, from strategic vision to detailed design, design systems and delivery, collaborating with global brands and startups such as AstraZeneca, Baxter, Huawei, Inditex, Ikea, Poste Italiane, Reydix, SLB and STC to build multi-touchpoint digital products at scale. Working within agile teams, I bridge strategy and execution, ensuring consistency and quality across large, distributed product ecosystems.
Beyond project delivery, I'm experienced in people and team management, talent acquisition, and mentorship, having grown and led design talent both at frog and through my teaching engagements, and I manage frog's internship programme. My work has been recognised with international awards, including a Transform Magazine MEA Award and Hearing Technology Innovator Awards.
Alongside my role at frog, I teach Digital and Web Design at Politecnico di Milano and mentor UX-UI students at Boolean.
